After the award of the contract, 3D Aluminium’s structural engineer was able to propose reduction in the size of the structural members. These were then incorporated into the final design, therefore providing a solution at a more competitive cost.

The powder coated steel structural frame along with the aluminium and polycarbonate roof structure was installed during the summer holidays to eliminate any term time disruption. The complete project was installed in just 7 days to provide a perfect enclosed weatherproof play area.
