Brise Soleil - Solar Shading

We have extensive project experience of Brise Soleil, external solar shading systems with extruding aluminium blades which reduce solar heat gain and solar glare whilst optimising diffused daylight to comply with document L2.

Brise Soleil is a healthy and natural way of internal climate control, is sustainable and does not impact on the environment.

Ducosun C&D

Used for moderate glazing areas, up to 5 floors and is ideal for south facing facades. Available with the following types: 100mm “C” Blade. 150mm “CF” Blade, the functional advantages of a “C” Blade coupled with aesthetics of the aerofoil F Blade. 100mm and 150mm “D” Blade, the functional advantages of a “C” Blade coupled with a curved design.

Ducosun F

Permanent, external sun control system which prevents glare and considerably reduces solar heat, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate. Available product ranges: Ducosun F intermediate - can be adjusted into any angle or pitch. Vertical or horizontal blade fitting. Ducosun F Multifit - base and a fork system, adjusted into 11 different positions in 15-degree increments. Duco sun F Unfit - fixed forks, blades are assembled on site in angles of 0 or 45 degrees Aerofoil blade sizes can be: 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 350mm & 400mm.

Ducosun F +

Permanent, external sun control system with movable blades. Actuators to the blades are controlled by facilities management software to follow the path of the sun, with override facility. Actuators fitted to the blades can be controlled via a simple motor which allows the user to select the open/closed/pitch of the blade. Aerofoil blades available are: 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 350mm & 400mm. Available in either horizontal or vertical plane.
